A man was arrested for selling cocaine and marijuana out of a Mister Softee ice-cream truck, authorities said yesterday.
Domenico Pedalino, 27, drove the truck throughout Whitestone, selling ice cream to kids and, allegedly, drugs to adults.
He was caught at 5:25 p.m. Sunday in his parked truck while kids lined up to buy ice cream at 159th Street and 29th Avenue.
Pedalino, who lives in Bayside, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal sale of marijuana, police said.
